Complete plans are provided for each job prior to requesting your “Final Approval” to begin hand crafting of your door(s). Your OWD design consultant will work with you following your selection of OWD to custom craft your door(s). Once you’ve established the basic design, we require a deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit, the process gets serious and the technical design professionals begin their work. Each door by OWD is custom designed by our in-house staff using our state of the art CAD (computer aided design) system. The formal design process includes styles, details, materials, finish, color, glass, hardware, etc. When a door’s detailed plans are personally approved by you, the production of your door begins.
